Only Jesus (great song by Big Daddy) What Did Jesus Say? (2012) - 7 topics None above affiliated with me |

Below are four articles. The first proves the validity of Jesus by simply studying His words, even if you did not witness a single miracle. His wit and wisdom, given the era, is so unique that it represents its own miracle, and thus provides a validation of who He claimed to be and thus that He indeed performed miracles. The second addresses whether one becomes a 'convert' by simply believing Jesus died for their sins. This type of conviction is not the conversion message that Jesus cared about. He cared for you to understand how He fulfilled the Messianic prophecies. The third article addresses whether Jesus ever desired a 'mental assent' meaning when He spoke admiringly of people's faith. Or rather did Jesus mean a faith in God that trusted Him obediently, and knew God as the rewarder of those who do righteousness? The fourth article discusses whether Jesus meant by his 'weeping and gnashing' metaphor that one suffers merely a profound regret as they enter heaven (as Charles Stanley insists) or instead that one goes to Hell. This is important because almost all such parables are warnings to Christians, and thus those wed to faith alone doctrine like Stanley and Dillow argue incorrectly that 'weeping and gnashing' is the regret of Christians as they enter Heaven.
