There are numerous verses about ""my servant" from Isaiah 42 to 52 that fit Jesus's life. Only once -- in Isaiah 44 -- is "my servant" identified with Jacob / Israel. But it is impossible that ""my servant" stays that way because the "my servant" is to bring Jacob and Israel back to the Lord. These verses are thus hard to explain by anything but a fulfillment in Jesus.
